Custom Automated Routing Centers

Custom automated routing centers for window and door profiles and other application-specific manufacturing needs.

Routing Center Overview

Kent Automation’s routing centers are fully custom automated systems engineered around each customer’s material, part geometry, and production workflow.

Applications can include sash routing, tilt-latch routing, lock routing, and night-latch or vent routing for window and door production, as well as other application-specific profile machining needs.

The product brochure highlights a Lock Router with single or double lock routing, a floating right-side head for efficient sizing, high-speed spindle routers controlled by VFDs, Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers, guarding, and dust collection ports.
